My camera has grey spots and is blurry everywhere any easy fix or not?

I got a Second hand phone and the guy isn’t replying the back camera is blurry with grey spots, it looks like he has tried to make a lens replacement because the glass is smashed and there is grime on the camera but it doesn’t clean
