Screen flashes black and blue when I plug it in

What can I do or how can I fix this? The tv was on and started flashing black and blue. The only way I could get it to turn off was by unplugging it. TV didn't respond to the remote control or the buttons on the tv itself. There isn't anything on the screen except the flashing. The model number is UN50EH5300FXZA Samsung.
