MacBook Pro Keys CVBNM don't work after battery replacement

I recently replaced the Battery of my Mac Book using this guide:

Sostituzione batteria nel MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display versione metà 2014

The new battery is working great, but after a short time, the Space Bar suddenly got kinda stuck. (it doesn’t push the key upwards anymore after pressing it and isn’t recognizing a press). Then, shortly after that, the keys C,V,B,N & M started failing. I have to smash them really hard now, if I want to them to work, which makes them totally unuseful (I’m writing that on a different device.)

The left “command” key is also not working and it’s visible that the keys are laying to low somehow:

Now it’s obvious that that has something to do with the battery I built in. Because the broken key all laying directly above the battery:

Now.. my first guess was that the battery is somehow pressing on this keys from below, but after I opened the mac book again, I couldn’t recognize any deformation on the battery cells at all.

My second guess is that I maybe used to much Adhesive Remover (which is basically Acetone) and it maybe flowed into the keyboard area and destroyed something there.

But how would that lower the keys like that and make the space bar even stuck? If anything, I would have thought that would destroy the electronics not any physical parts.

Does anyone had similar issues before? I would be really grateful for any help.

It does sound like you used a bit to much solvent. What can happen is the solvent dissolves some of the adhesive and then runs down into the keyboard but no enough to directly damage them. Here the solvent evaporated leaving a film of the adhesive which now is causing the keys to get stuck!

Carefully lift off the keycap as well as the scissor mechanism for the effected keys so you can clean them as well as the frame and switch blister with Goo Gone to remove the adhesive traces.
