While trying opening my Dell Laptop,it just refuse responding with beeping(whispering) sound.The screen is black.it shuts down by itself and reopened with the beeping sound still.Any solution,please.If there is way to have the data and files on it.I just need response ASAP.

Hi!
Generally a beeping sound on a dell laptop means the RAM has either gone bad or isn’t detected.
Try re-seating the RAM in your system and powering on again.

What model of Dell laptop?
Count the beeps - how many? It is a code that the BIOS sends to tell you what the problem is.
What happens when battery is taken out and you just use the power supply/charger?
Regarding your data files - the hard drive can be taken out and connected externally with a USB adapter. There are also other solutions.

I count the beeps,they are 7(first one is much louder than the other 6)..I tried to open it with the charger but the same thing happen..I take the battery out and connecting it back but still the same..Is there thing I can do my own now?!

Most Common Fixes:
* 1 Beep: Replace the motherboard / system board.
* 2 Beeps: Reseat the memory or replace the memory.
* 3 Beeps: Replace the motherboard / system board.
* 4 Beeps: Reseat the memory or replace the memory.
* 5 Beeps: Replace the CMOS battery.
* 6 Beeps: Reseat or replace the video card or replace the motherboard / system board.
* 7 Beeps: Reseat or replace the CPU.
* 8 Beeps: Reseat the LCD cable or replace the LCD screen.
You had 7 beeps so probably CPU.
