i seem to not be able to charge my ipad air 2 wifi, when i brough it to the ones who fix this thing, they say that even though they change the charging port nothing still happened! I still dont know what they are talking about as this is turly my first time dealing with this! please help and i’m in pain!

Charging port is not user replaceable as it’s soldered to the logic board itself, therefore there’s nothing you can do on your own. If someone has the ability to replace a soldered charging port, should be technically able to proceed further with troubleshooting and repair the thing, but it’s just a personal opinion.
There’s nothing else you can do besides finding a reputable professional microsolderer who would probably be able to help. Some work on a no fix no fee basis too.
