I just swapped the SSD on my Macbook Pro retina early 2015, following your guide: Sostituzione SSD su Macbook Pro 13" inizio 2015 con display Retina
Now, looking at the step 4, I had a problem with that plastic cover/adhesive, because it was loose, it feels like it was coming off.
I fear it could fall, causing damages to other components.
Can I remove it permanently?

Use some Kapton tape to hold it in place:

Im not sure if there are any components that may ground out to the MacBook’s bottom when it’s screwed back on, so I’d just use some double sided adhesive to stick it back down or a quicker way may be to use thin strips of electric tape on either side just to hold it down.

It's not so easy to use an adhesive, due to the little space to work with.

Mayer's suggestion is a great one. I've Kapton tape for a lot of small things such as this.

It's not well glued. You could just get some double stick tape. You do want to hold it in place to protect the connections from shorting out.

I would go with the tape, you don't want to anchor it so you can't remove it later
