My phone freezes and cannot be responsive!

When I open my phone several seconds later, it freezes and suddenly it cannot respond. and even worse, it suddenly got black out!

Many issues like this can be resolved with a battery swap. If the battery is not providing enough energy to the motherboard, it can cause it to slow, freeze, or even in some cases, completely shut off.
