LG OLED65w8 4K black screen no sound

Hi,sorry for my english im french

I recently bought this TV, it has a fit screen on the wall and a separated plugged bar with every components in it on the table

This bar has two speakers in form of circles, they go up when you start the tv and it makes a sound, also they go down when you shut the TV down

But for me they are stucked up now

When I start the tv they still are up but when I shut it down they stay up

Starting the TV I have an orange LED lighting up on the bar but the screen remains black and no sound

Ive tried to plug unplug everything even for a long time before repluging and on off button

Nothing works except the led and usually it goes green now it stays orange

no image no sound at all
