My iPhone screen suddenly turned black and white, I really don’t how? Now I am looking a help.

If you dont know how it happened, it was probably done with the home button. Im not sure if it’s still supported in newer verison of iOS, but in previous builds you could press the home button three times fast and it would change to grayscale. If that doesnt work, do the following.
Settings > General > Accessibility >Display Accommodations >Color Filters. Switch Color Filters on and select Grayscale. To easily toggle between color and grayscale, go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut > Color Filters
