No Image, Has Backlights, Has Sound, Dark Blue Screen

Hi, I bought a new Hisense 65" 65H6E LED tv a few weeks back, and it lasted maybe a week before it quit. The tv will power on and off, but only has a dark blue screen(not black) when you turn it on. I have verified that the backlights are working by inspecting them with the back panel removed. I tried the flashlight test, and cant see any picture. Also when trying to use the remote, you can't bring up any menu or anything, and I also noticed there is no Hisense Logo screen when you first turn it on, nothing but a dark blue(glow) screen. You can operate the volume with the remote, and power it on/off, but thats it. I did a bit of research, and thought it may be the T-Con board, so I replaced it with another new one, and it did the same thing, so we tried a new Power Supply board, still the same thing. So, I'm confused as to what to try next. Ive read that the LED Driver can cause these symptoms as well, but mine does not have a separate LED Driver, because it only has 3 boards, Main Board, Power Supply, and T-Con. Which board is the LED Driver built into on this Hisense 65H6E TV? What would you suggest trying? I would appreciate the help very much, Thank You

Hi @brianholt ,

Just wondering why you didn't get it fixed or replaced under warranty as it is a new TV?

Most TVs carry a 12 month manufacturer's warranty

Thanks for the reply @jayeff , we got it for a steal on a clearance sale at Walmart, it was brand new, in the box, so I figured if I can fix it by installing a reasonable part, I will just keep it. It worked great, and had a great picture before it quit. If I can't figure it out, I will return it, but I would be happy if I can fix it, still wouldn't have much in it, maybe 400 bucks total, even if I have to replace all three boards.
