As of now nobody is able to hack it via software, you have to take a bunch of chips from a good iPhone XR and graft onto the target phone, which overall could cost more than a good phone.
So it is basically pointless.

Since it’s dual sim buy a dual SIM card reader module off AliExpress and switch it with the original single sim one.

Also don’t forget to buy the SIM card tray with two sides. Just out the sim on the end side so it can read it with the other unblocked imei.

I do not think so. IMEI is the only number like our Passport ID.
