Why is one out of my many 3DS games not working?!

I just bought the new 2DS XL and all my games (both DS and 3DS) are working (getting read) accept one 3DS game: Fire Emblem - Shadows of Valentia. I’ve had it safe from dust and water for the past months (as I broke my old 2DS) and have no idea what could have happened. Also it has been cleaned multiple times and no scratches.
