Turn on but no video
When I replaced the AMD Radeon chip on the logic board every thing is working. It’s turning on, but there is no video or black screen
Can anybody help me with this error?

At this point I think the smarter approach is to ship your system to someone who is better skilled on replacing GPU’s. Louis Rossmann Group is one of the few who has the proper gear to install GPU’s on MacBook Pro logic boards. Here’s a vid showing the proper way to replace the GPU MacBook Pro 15" Early 2011 GPU Replacement 820-2915 Yours is a bit different being a 17” model, but it given you the details on how much work it is.
The other option is to find a working logic board and just swapping it out. Depending on your exact model you might even can upgrade to a more powerful version of the board.

OK, Try this: Restart your system and press and hold the T key going into Target Disk Mode are you able to see the FireWire Icon on your internal or external display?
If you do, then your replacement GPU was not mounted correctly or was bad.

I think I used too much flux when I reflowed the GPU is that possible?
If it’s correct, how can I remove the flux from GPU?
