Replacing spent graphics card
I want to replace a graphics card that stopped functioning on my 2010 Mac Pro, serial number CK11502VHF7. Apple don’t make new ones for this model anymore so I have to get a used card from ebay. My only problem is the prices vary significantly from seller to seller for what seems to be essentially the same thing. I would be really grateful if someone could advise me how to choose from this lot:

Thanks Isaac. Surely sellers would check what price other sellers are selling at so there would not be such a discrepancy ? This one looks like a good deal, the only problem is you have no idea how much wear is on it and how long it’s likely to last (taking a lot on trust):

Well the guess i refer to is based on what they think they can get for it, not likely a depreciated value derived from hours of use vs expected life.
If you don't mind spending a bit more, I would recommend a refurbished or recertified card, like this one on newegg:

At the very least you will have a 30 day return policy.

Nothing coming up in that link - is this a US company ? I'm in Dublin, Ireland, so will only buy from UK or Europe.

Yes, Newegg is US based. The link was working, but it looks like the product listing was removed after I shared it.

Do you need a full 1GB card or will a 512 mb work?
