After replacing screen no sound when calling
Everything works but when I make a phone call I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me.

Or when on a call does speakerphone work or is it greyed out or not available to click on?
It is grey out and Siri can’t hear me and no voice memo
Speaker phone doesn’t work and it’s greyed out not available. But music will play

Sounds like you have a bad Audio IC chip which can be related to the “Loop Disease”. I dont know if Apple has officially said anything on this matter but you can research further iPhone 7 Loop Disease and see what fixes may be out there or if Apple is doing anything as far as replacing devices.
