iPhone 7 Plus Turns off for no reason.

So to get this out of the way first. I have already Replaced the Battery and the screen on the phone. This was about 4 or 5 months ago. The phone has been working great until today. My sister knocked the phone out of my other sisters hand and it dropped. The phone had a case on it but it still dropped. My sister said that she pushed down on the screen and the screen popped back into place. But now her phone is randomly turning off and on and the battery is going from 1% to 100% after every reboot. I really don’t want it to be a battery issue because I just replaced the battery but I have a feeling it is. So I was hoping to get some advise and see what I can do before having to tear down the phone and see if the battery cable is loose or just out right bad.

Check the battery connector. It may not be seated in fully if the metal shield to cover the connectors is not present or tightened enough.

Another thing to note is that if the battery is not adhered well to the board the battery can move while it’s in the phone which may cause damage to the battery cable resulting in this problem.

Like Ben stated above, check the connections for the battery and make sure there is no swelling of the battery. I would also check the water damage indicators. If that looks good and you have already replaced the battery, it may be the charging IC chip in the device. What you stated about 1% and 100% leads me to think that. There are companies out there you can find that can do that repair for you but it is not something most shops are capable of due to micro-soldering.
