Why my Mac keep crashing over 100 °C Instead of boosting up fans?

So, my MacBook reaches up-to 100-101 °C while going through Google maps or playing online facebook games.

Fan speed remains between 2000-3200 and as soon as the temp goes above 101 °C the Mac freezes and get’s turned off after few seconds.

Here is an Image when it froze while I was running windows 7 in virtual machine.

Looks like you’ll need to replace the heatsink as you are really cooking!

What can happen is the heatsink tubes are filled with a liquid and that can leak out so your heatsink is not being effective in cooling your system. You also will need to clean fully all of the old thermal paste and apply a fresh coat of a good quality paste. Here’s the needed technique to apply it: Come applicare la Pasta Termica

To be sure I would recommend you try booting up on a clean external drive (with just the OS and the installed apps that come with it) to make sure you haven’t gotten something else happening here like a virus, trojan or malware.

how you so sure my heatsink is broken? Can't just re-applying the thermal paste and cleaning out dust fix this problem?
