Disabled with no home button SOS HELP

I know this seems like a long shot, but I really need the help.

Today I found an ipod touch that belonged to me and I tried evedry passcode I could think of, but no cigar. It’s currently disabled and the homebutton is broken. Any way I could get pictures off? There are pictures on here that I need for a funeral.
