Apple Logo shows for 5 seconds then shuts off after digitizer change

I changed the display, home button, and rear camera on an iPad 5 and now when I turn it on, the Apple logo comes on for 5 seconds then goes away and only the backlight stays on.

I have taken the device back apart several times to make sure that all the connections are clean and properly plugged in, but it still acts like this.

What am I missing or where do I go from here?

Everything worked good on it when it was brought to me, minus the digitizer being broken..

What happens when you use the original digitizer?

That is not an option since the original is in about 1,000 pieces.

I suspect you have received a faulty or low quality digitizer. I would try another digitizer just to be 110% sure. If a new digitizer doesn’t fix anything; I suspect it’s a Logic Board issue.
