iPhone 6 CPU overheats after nand replacement.

Hi.

I have a question about the iPhone 6 logic board problem. The logic board has stopped working from nothing with a black screen. I connected the iPhone using DFU mode to iTunes and it showed me error 4013.

I replaced the nand chip, but now I can not connect to iTunes and the CPU overheats.

Does anyone know where the problem is?

Thank you for your answear.

The big square is the PMIC and the smaller area is the backlight circuit. The PMIC is pretty much directly opposite the backlight circuit so the problem could be the PMIC overheating and you are seeing this on the flip side of the board, where the backlight circuit is.

You can’t just “replace” the NAND, it has to be programmed to match the metadata of the original NAND. Perhaps you have done this but you don’t really say. Check the voltage rails powering the NAND (PP3V0_NAND & PP1V8) to see if they are shorted. You may have caused issues when you soldered the NAND back in place.
