Random Shutdowns on MacBook Air
Hello ,
I need your help guys.
The problem is simple the Macbook Air runs totally fine and smooth until it just shutdowns for no reason. After that sometimes you can just reboot the Macbook but sometimes it crashes while rebooting. But then after an hour or so it buts just fine until the next crash.
I did this steps:
- I did a SMC Reset
- I used Apple service diagnostic:
- Without the Battery it seems to complete the test with no problem
- with the Battery attached it crashes while the Memory Test
- I Got a new Battery
- Still the same thing nothing changed
Could there be something wrong with the mermory ? I heard there are a few problems with the ram chips on macbook air boards.
Would love to use the macbook again without losing all my stuf every 2 hours.
Thanks peace üt
