Hi, my R on my keyboard is not working anymore. Is it possible to acces under the keyboard to clean it ?

@danj I've seen your answer concerning the z Key ("z" Key not working, Command key also) would you say the procedure is the same here or do you know if there's an option to get below the keys?

Hi Sandra! - Sadly, it's the same! Only difference will likely be the keyboard mapping if Sunny is using a French keyboard.
Sunny - You maybe able to get this fixed under warranty if you bought it less than two years as the EU warranty is two years.
Do keep in mind any liquid spill will void the warranty.
