Microsoft Office, attached to the wrong Office 365 account

Hi all,

An office activation key is linked to the wrong Microsoft account causing the user to log in to my Microsoft account to download and use office.

Does anyone know how to unlink a key from a Microsoft account and link it to a diffrent one?

I have already used Google to find a solution, but i did not find one.

My last resort would be to call Microsoft and see if they are of any help, but i live in the Netherlands and calling to the US is expensive for me thus this being my last resort. (Dutch Microsoft employees are not of much help)

From my perspective, it’s quite difficult to change another email address. I also encountered some issues with Microsoft office 365. When I tried to activate it, at that moment, I was getting a pop-up message, which says [http:// https://msofficetechnicalsupportnumbers....|office 365 0x8004fc12] going through trouble please fix it.

Well, based on my experience, it is quite difficult when the product key has been redeemed.

Thats what the support has has told me.

I had contacted microsoft if they can change to another email address account, but well, they did not give me any further support after that.

Try contacting them and see how

How to Transfer Office 365 Subscription to another Account?

  1. Step 1 – Purchase the plan where you want to transfer data.
  2. Step 2 – Remove your custom domain, from the old Office 365 subscription.
  3. Step 3 – Set up your custom domain in the new Office 365 subscription.
  4. Step 4 – Cancel the old Office 365 subscription plan.
