iPhone 7 Plus presents problems only when framed inside homes

Hi, a few days ago I replaced the screen of an iPhone 7 plus and since I replaced it, it turns on normally but every 2 minutes it suddenly starts up again. In addition to this it is restarted even when arriving arrive or calls are made. The unusual thing is that in trying to take it apart and try to understand these problems do not show up if the screen is not stuck inside the case. P.S. when I disassembled the screen I ruined the metal plate by pulling it away from one side and then reassembling it hangs on one side I think that's the problem but for security I ask.
