I fell off my bike wearing a brand new Patagonia H2No jacket and ripped a hole on the gravel about 3 cm in length in the shoulder area.
What would you recommend using as patch material and how to apply it to the rip?

You could always contact patagonia in your location and ask how much it costs to repair. It never hurts to ask.
