Why isn't my watch LCD turning on after screen/digitizer replacemnt

I did receive my order.  I am a fireman and have only been home one day since it arrived.  Thanks for checking.  I am not sure if their is something wrong but it is not powering on.  I tried my broken screen as well which leads me believe I might have a battery issue.  All 3 ribbons were plugged in and I pushed the power button.  It will vibrate once and make a chime when initially plugged in but nothing on the lcd screen shows up.  I tried charging it for a while with no change in results.  I didn't have any problems with the battery before, I always got about two days out of it.  However, It has been a month since I have used the watch so I don't know if that affected the battery.  I watched a lot of tear down videos and everything went textbook when removing the screen.  There was no damage to the ribbons or the digitizer. If you could lend help with any suggestions it would sure be appreciated.
