1 When washing it will not spin all the way
So I replace the shifter in my washer and Jenna Diagnostics also reset the motor but it still will not do a heavy load it has to be a small or extra small but it also fills all the way to the top I have to hit the pause button in order for it to engage the other cycles

What is the make and model number?
When you say it will not do a heavy load, will it not agitate or spin?

Kenmore 90 series it will agitate and spin only if I hit the start button to cycle through
