What is the problem with my display (video inside)

I’m guessing either:

• Unstable - Beta MAC OS it at fault, going back to High Sierra may fix
• Cleaning the screen was not done properly, too much liquid being used?
• Too much pressure when cleaning the screen
• The proper way to clean anti-glare coated screens which is what every Air and Pro screen has since 2011 is to use a damp cloth that was wet with either water or distilled water. Any use of chemicals will eat away the anti-glare coating and the screen will look bad.
