iPhone cellular signal intermittent almost never has 4g

My iPhone 5s fell in the water. The technicians replaced the screen and it was repaired. Suddenly, the cellular connection started to fail. I sometimes don’t have any signal at all. Most of the time I only have “E” internet or gprs. 3 or 4g are rare.

I put the SIM card in another phone and it provided 4g. I tried resetting the phone, but didn’t help. I wonder if this is an antenna issue. Wifi works fine

I think you'll need to take the phone to a reputable repair shop that does liquid damage repairs if you want that fixed. Sounds like the liquid damage repair wasn't well as it is still having problems.
