I have an Epson TX105. It was my fault, paper got stuck (that wasn't my fault) and I removed it (that was my fault)
now all the lights are blinking, and I don't know what else to try.
Thinks I tried:
Take out power supply
using epson adjustment tried almost every test and all failed to fix it

All lights flashing is called a "Fatal Error" This is PER EPSON. I use to see this weekly from people that had a paper jam. When you un-jam the paper, I'm guessing you pulled it out the way it went in. What happens when you do this, is you actually pull the paper sensor out of it's cradle. Therefore it sees that the sensor is not functioning properly, giving you a fatal error. If I remember correctly it is quite a pain to get the sensor back where it belongs. IF you are mechanical and want to give it a try, just be careful and remember where everything goes. Write it down or something.
Look into the slot where you feed the paper in. you may be able to see the sensor with a flashlight. It's impossible for me to walk you through this, but if you want to try, now you know what to look for.
If this was an inexpensive printer. ($50-$60) Personally, I would get another printer instead of trying to fix it. From a service point of view, the labor to fix this if you brought it into my shop would be more than a new printer. Providing it was a cheaper model.

I had a fatal error too but it was not related to the paper in my case. All I had to do with mine was change one of the cartridges, even though it still had some ink in it. Wasn't using the original cartridges and I'm still not using the original cartridges, but at least now it's working.

I have Epson L130 when i switch on the printer roller moving very fastly like fan speed and all three lights are blinking
I have Epson l3111 and the light keeps on blinking every time I do 5-10 photocopies. I turn off the printer wait for some minutes and turn on the printer and the problems varnishes. My problem is the lights(all) keep on coming now and again. I performed an inkpad reset but the problem is still there. Any solution for this

My one L355 got the "fatal error" after print head replacement :/ I still can "print" though, but only blank paper is coming out. Printer behaves as if it was printing but just all lights are blinking and no ink on paper.

My printer is Epison Artisan 1450 Series it has reached a point where it prints slowly as if it is thinking whether to print or not, Currently, it has stopped printing. it is leaking a blackish oil like and at the same time it is blinking. when i restart the printer it displays a massage "Printer Busy" yet no printing job in the qeue. please help am stuck

lights blinking problems are
1. waste ink pad full and back roller spring problem (remove spring inside roller)
2. main roller jams (rubber, spring, roller cracks when rolling check it)
3. left side of the printer roller sensor rubber clean it
4. carriage jam remove the header see back side replace sensor (yellow color jammer)
5. remove dust inside and paste Greece to rollers
6.use cyan, magenta, yellow (original ink) and black(duplicate)

I have an epson l3060
When I was doing Head Clean, the printer's all lights blinked
I turned the printer off and turned on and the head moved to end and I heard a sound from head's belt and the lights blinked again
the printer had not any paper jam and i test the loading a paper and it was no problem

The two white plastic sensors should be under the paper.... mine were not so, when I pushed on the power button, I held them gently under the paper and the lights stopped flashing

I have a (white) EPSON Expression Home XP-247. After inserting my ink cartridges and instructing it to print a page via CUPS, all of its light flashed simultaneously. Consequently, I reinitialized the printer and reseated the ink cartridges. This remediated the problem.
