All lights flashing is called a "Fatal Error" This is PER EPSON. I use to see this weekly from people that had a paper jam. When you un-jam the paper, I'm guessing you pulled it out the way it went in. What happens when you do this, is you actually pull the paper sensor out of it's cradle. Therefore it sees that the sensor is not functioning properly, giving you a fatal error. If I remember correctly it is quite a pain to get the sensor back where it belongs. IF you are mechanical and want to give it a try, just be careful and remember where everything goes. Write it down or something.
Look into the slot where you feed the paper in. you may be able to see the sensor with a flashlight. It's impossible for me to walk you through this, but if you want to try, now you know what to look for.
If this was an inexpensive printer. ($50-$60) Personally, I would get another printer instead of trying to fix it. From a service point of view, the labor to fix this if you brought it into my shop would be more than a new printer. Providing it was a cheaper model.

I had a fatal error too but it was not related to the paper in my case. All I had to do with mine was change one of the cartridges, even though it still had some ink in it. Wasn't using the original cartridges and I'm still not using the original cartridges, but at least now it's working.
my epson l220 2 red lights blinking, green one blinking also. I cant print, this happened when my printer ran out of paper. and now when i put it on it makes a noise and the lights starts to blink. i have tried a lot of things but nothing helps

Hi I have the epson xp-2150 I have just changed my ink for the second time and my paper jam and my ink light are both on not flashing what can I do to fix them I can't print at all thanks
The two white plastic sensors should be under the paper.... mine were not so, when I pushed on the power button, I held them gently under the paper and the lights stopped flashing
I have a (white) EPSON Expression Home XP-247. After inserting my ink cartridges and instructing it to print a page via CUPS, all of its light flashed simultaneously. Consequently, I reinitialized the printer and reseated the ink cartridges. This remediated the problem.
All lights blinking on your Epson usually means an internal error or waste ink pad issue. Resetting with Epson Adjustment Utility can help, but proper reset procedures and correct model settings are essential for success.
If all the lights started blinking immediately after removing the jammed paper, it's possible that a small piece of paper is still lodged inside the printer or that one of the paper-feed sensors was moved or damaged during the removal.
I recommend checking the entire paper path carefully with a flashlight, including around the rollers and underneath the carriage, for any torn paper scraps or obstructions. Also, make sure the printhead carriage can move freely when the printer is powered off.
Since you've already tried power cycling and the Epson Adjustment Program without success, the issue is likely a hardware-related error rather than a software or firmware problem. If the printer continues to blink after confirming there are no obstructions, the paper sensor, carriage mechanism, or another internal component may need to be inspected or repaired.
If possible, let us know whether the printer displays any specific error code in the Epson Status Monitor or whether the carriage moves at all when the printer is powered on. That information will help narrow down the exact cause.
