Why does my phone keep restarting?
Hi! My mother-in-law's rear camera was shaking and really blurry when she tried to take a picture. I replaced the camera and it was working fine, but when I tried to put the original screen back on, the connections seemed to be missaligned--every time I would get verticle lines on my screen or have other issues (This wasn't overly suprising because I know this logic board has a screen connector issue). I replaced the screen, but the proximity sensor wasn't working so I transfered her original components over to a new screen and put that on and the screen looked fine, but the original proximity still wouldn't work.
Anyway-- my biggest problem is that it just keeps randomly resetting itself. Sometimes it will stay on for a few minutes, some times just 30 seconds or so and the battery level fluctuates anywhere between 1% and 16%. The next morning I unplugged the battery and plugged it back in and then it seemed to function like normal for about an hour then it started crashing again.
It is worth mentioning that I have replaced the battery in this phone twice in March or April when my Mother-in-law dropped it and the battery wouldn't charge past 1%. A week later she dropped it again and it started crashing like this. I replaced the battery again and it's been fine until now.
I've tried soft resets and a factory restore and it is still crashing. She also updated to IOS 11.4 about a week ago.
Any suggestions?
