No picture popping sounds when I press any button

I have a Magnavox model 47MF439B/F7. I replaced all the electrolytic capacitors and tested all the diodes and decided to pop it back in and test it. I get no picture but when I press the power button or the menu button I get a popping sound through the speakers. The motherboard has a blue LED in the center and it flashes while the TV is plugged up, on or off. I can see a picture if I hold a flashlight up to the screen. I'm going to check all the transistors and await your insights. I much appreciate your time.

I replaced the caps because several looked like they were about to give birth.

Also on the main board a green LED flashes. Standby button on TV flashes but stand by voltage on power board is good.
