The sound on the earpiece on my iPhone 6s Plus is very weak. I replaced the earpiece and, I cleaned the earpiece grill but it didn’t work. As well the main speaker is weak. I changed it as well but didn’t help at all. What should I do. Could be the logic board problem? Thank you!

Make sure there are no weird audio settings on the device. If all audio on the device sounds weak you may be looking at an Audio IC. Usually a ear speaker grill cleaning will resolve the earpiece issues but with both the loud speaker and earpiece being weak, i would say this could be a board issue.
