Its working but I Can't access it now, I got a new charger for it and now it won't work. I Got error code 0xc000000F And 0xc0000001 But I had 0000001 first, it didn't matter to me but now 0xc000000F seems to not work anymore So Should I reinstall windows?

You will probably have to boot up your laptop in safe mode. After you have booted into safe mode you will need to re download your os which can be done through usb or disk drive.

I don't know your laptop so making assumptions that it is a Win 10 PC. If it is you can do the following:
A Win 10 recovery USB drive can be created from any known working Win 10 PC. All it takes is a 8GB USB flashdrive and 40-60 minutes of time.
In the host PC go to Control Panel > Recovery and find the link to create a USB recovery disc and follow the prompts.
Once you have created the disc, insert it into your laptop, enter the laptop BIOS and change the boot order to USB 1st boot. Also check that either Legacy USB or CSM setting is enabled, save changes and restart the laptop.
When it restarts and boots from the USB drive into the Windows Recovery Environment menus select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC. This will install Win 10 on your hard drive.
I'd like to mention when turned on it has no boot up options.

What is the full model number of the laptop?
Just verifying that when you go into BIOS (on startup - most laptops you usually press either F2, Del or perhaps F10 to enter BIOS) that there is no option to alter the boot device order from HDD to USB to CD etc?

Hello,
Most probably after the window installation means your window installation is incomplete and incomplete uninstall, improper deletion application and other software. In your computer store a corrupted system files. You can fix this error by Manual update and using repair utility. windows 10 error code 0xc0000001 and 0xc000000F is a common error you can fix by repairs tool.
