iTune Crash when plugged in iPhone

Hi guys

I have this big issue with iTune. On my i7 and some other iphones, itune just simply crash whenever I connect iphone.

Sometimes if lucky, the phone will register on itune. But as soon as I tried to restore a backup, itune crash.

Any help would be appreciated!

If you are using Windows, this is a major problem going around with iTunes right now. The newest update fixes it but requires some effort. You have to uninstall iTunes completely with all other components such as bonjour. After this, go into the system drive and delete all residual data of the iTunes installation. Reinstall ITunes. This should fix the problem. Worked for me.

If you end up not being able to get iTunes to work properly you can use 3Utools (3u.com) instead to do backup and restore of iPhones.
