Power Supply or something?

I have a G4 Dual 800 Quicksilver. I was moving my office around and unplugged my computer and when setting back up in place it does nothing. No Light on Power Button, No Chime nothing. Could the Power Supply be my Problem?

Change the 3.6 volt 1/2 AA PRAM battery. Hit the CUDA switch on the logic board.

Is there a red light on the logic board? Disconnect all peripherals, remove and reseat all the RAM and the video card, plug the keyboard into another USB port. Check the wall outlet for current.
