Display Connector is Missing Pins

While performing a screen repair for the Apple Watch, the watch fell after I removed the top bracket. The screen disconnected from the connectors and ripped what I believe to be the pins on the lcd connector. I am wondering what my next steps should be being that I do not have any knowledge about microsoldering nor the money or equipment. I am willing to buy cheap tools for a one time repair and I am wondering if someone can walk me through what I need to do to get this watch back into the hands of my client.Image of the Connector

Unfortunately, that is a micro soldering job. That whole fpc connector needs to be replaced. Without any prior experience, I would not try it. Most of the services I have used in the past charge an average of $75 for fpc connector repair.

I am hesitant to purchase a service because I would be losing money. However, I am willing to use this opportunity to learn how to micro solder. I have experienced multiple jobs where I was roadblocked because of this and maybe this is time to learn I guess. Where do you recommend I start with a low budget

I dont have experience micro soldering. Youtube has a lot of pros though. I do know you'd spend a good amount on a decent soldering iron and microscope, not to mention flux, tweezers and other tools.

This really is not an answer but an illustration for a similar question. I was working on a replacement for a battery in a series 1 watch that popped open with a battery that had bulged. I removed the lcd screen with some difficulty and bent the bottom bracket. I tried to reshape the bracket and I might have damaged the connector as a photo I took shows what appears to be a missing connector. The photo shows on the left side the connector with 11 contacts on the right bank and 10 on the left (the lowest one down in the left corner seems missing). These connectors are so small they cannot be seen with 70 year old eyes. I could only see the possible damage by taking a photo with a Galaxy S7 phone. I did manage to reassemble and had no luck in getting the watch to work. I took it apart and created the following photo of the connectors on the lower bracket. Am I looking at now replacing my watch as I suspect the repair might cost almost as much as one that has already been refurbished? BTW the matching connector on the lcd side has 13 pairs of connectors I have not seen a pinout and was hoping against hope that this pin might be an N/C!
