iPhone no boot! Measured 13 Ohms at TP1100 and 30 Ohms at TP1120

So searched for capacitor short and almost all the capacitors around the GPU show short. At "TP1100" I am getting 13 Ohms and at "TP1120" I get around 30 Ohms. Its really strange and I'm not sure what to look at next. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Not 100% sure on boot loop since there is no display but when I hook it to power supply and hit the power button current draw is typical for booting but never steadies and phone doesn't beep or vibrate.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Those readings are within normal ranges. Those two lines are very low resistance lines (as they pull a lot of current).

If your phone is not booting, try disconnecting everything except the charge port and battery and connect it to a tool like 3uTools to see if it boots. If not, then it could be a bad charge port or logic board. Rule out the charge port first and then focus on the logic board next.

Check all of the PMIC outputs and the all of the Baseband PMU outputs to see if anything is off. A true short would be < 1 Ohm.

Thanks Minho, I have tried itunes and 3utools and neither recognized iphone. I have connected to power supply and amperage draw bounces around .5 amps but never stay steady amp draw so its trying to do something but cant boot. I went through testing capacitors in the GPU and chestnut area and most were showing 13 -30 ohms to ground which all of the capacitors are connected to those TP1100 and TP1120 test points so I thought something was not right but this is normal then?? Also I checked for long screw damage and the right bottom post does have copper showing were screw has cut into it. Do you think I should start with removing the screw post and see what traces are damaged ? I have repaired many 6 plus long screw damage but this would be my first 6S Plus. Also I found water marker pinkish under the board but havent seen to many signs of water damage on board yet. Thanks for your help!

Sure, remove the post if you suspect LSD.

I have taken a known good board and diode tested all connectors to ground and all was within range of good board except, on good board TP1100 is around 4 ohm's and TP1120 is at 14 ohm's. Bad board TP1100 is 13 ohm's and TP1120 is around 30 ohm's. This is a pretty big difference I would think?? Also replaced the Tristar 1610A3 chip with no luck. Where should i look next?

I wouldn't be concerned with those readings. Have you checked all of the PMIC outputs or just PP_CPU & PP_GPU?

Im still kinda new at this, where are the PMIC outputs and do I just check them for short? Thanks
