Club car won't go

1996 club car golf cart Replaced seloniod on golf cart . When I push go it still clicks . The batteries have been tested and are good. What is the next thing I should check

@cherylannedward you did not tell us how you checked the battery. It does sound like the motor is not getting all the voltage it needs to move. Check your connections at the solenoid and the motor. If you are not getting proper voltage at the solenoid, check the wiring, fuses or circuit breakers. Remember that you can’t check the state of a battery with just a voltmeter but that you do have to test them under a load. Your complete pack should read a bit of 50V without load. Let us know what voltages you get. If they are truly okay than you may have issues with the Speed Controller Limit switch or the forward/reverse switch.

Check the brushes in your electric motor. You need to have an abundance of the little wires on each brush in order for there to be sufficient contact. If your brushes are worn down too much, the motor won't work.
