I just replaced the LCD screen, now when I turn it on just the apple emblem showes and turns off over and over. Yes the phone was off, yes the connections are tight, yes I placed the longer screw in proper location. I've replaced screens before and have never had this issue. What do I need to do to fix issue?

Have you tried without front camera plugged in? It can cause stuff like this if it has become faulty.
