My daughter has the dragon touch y88 7in plus. Today she decided to throw it and completely shattered her screen. Does anyone know where I can get it fixed that won't cost a arm and a leg?

You may be able to fix it yourself.
Here is a link to a supplier of a complete display assembly, digitizer (touchscreen) and LCD display. (you didn't specify which screen was broken).
It is not a recommendation to use them. It is shown to give an idea of the cost of the parts. There are other suppliers online which may suit you better. Just search for Dragon Touch y88 7" digitizer or LCD screen (depending on which screen is damaged) or just Dragon Touch y88 7" parts to get results.
Here is a link to a video which show how to replace the digitizer in a Dragon Touch tablet. I don't know if it is for your particular model but it should be close enough to be of some help as it shows how to open the tablet to gain access to the LCD screen and the digitizer.
