Fixing cracked screen and won't stay on game

My Nextbook was stepped on and is cracked all over but you can still see the screen fine. Where is the best place to buy a new screen cheap? Also could it being stepped on cause the screen to just go black with light yellow streaks in it. It also restarts to the home screen everytime I try to play a downloaded game.
