I have a question if somebody has the same problem as I have. I have iPhone 7 with fresh iOS 11.3 with fixed display. After updating the microphone stopped working and even when I tested it with the original display it is not working anymore. Until update it was all working OK.

Backup the phone via iTunes then restore it which will wipe all data on the phone.
Test microphone again and see if it works still. If it does not chances are the issue is caused by the audio IC chip which can only be replaced by people that do micro soldering (some mobile phone shops that offer board repair can offer the service for you).

I do not mistrust your wisdom, but could the flex be damaged? As with IP6 / IP6S, the flexes are increasingly sensitive / fragile. If the one who changed the screen was not careful, it could damage one of the tracks of that flex. It would be enough to change flex sensors. It could be partially damaged in that area.
Or is it a common problem in the IP7? Which I do not know.
Or is it a microphone dock that fails?

the defect microphone is the main microphone for normal call located on power subbord
Untill I have done update all was funkcioniert. But after update the MIC is KO.
I did not understand well, apologies. As Ben says, try to restore the phone completely and see if the problem persists. If the mic still fails, I would try to change the dock flex, in many cases it stops working due to water damage and it would be cheap before looking at more complicated things. It is more normal / usual than a failure to update / restore the phone. Luck!
Remember that fix may be temporary and may result in it going bad down the road, a more long-term fix would be to either re-ball the chip (with leaded solder) or replace it.
But either way still good to do, might last for a long time.
So.... it was IC Audio chip connection - after just reheating the chip to reconnection all is working... Thaks Ben and Oscar
