Same battery in AW Sport as AW Series 1?

I have simply question. Is it same battery in Apple Watch Sport (series 0) as Apple Watch Series 1?

I bought Apple Watch Sport battery and putted in to Apple Watch Series 1, and Series 1 have very poor battery duration (6am - 100%, 5pm - 0%). I got the newest Watch OS, also I tried another battery, but it wont help. Is it problem with battery or in motherboard? Did you have similar problem?
