I can't get past the update's term and conditions

So my iphone's right screen wouldn't work, and we already got it checked in the Power Mac Center, and they said it has a corrosion, it can be fixed but the cost of repairing it is really expensive and way out of our budget. They also said that in time, the left screen will also freeze and my iphone would eventually be useless, so I decided to just use it while the left screen still works. If we were rich, I'd probably just get a new phone, but we aren't. Anyways, my phone updated by itself, and now, I can't get past the terms and conditions because the agree button is on the right-down side. I know this is probably hopeless, but I really am desperate. Please answer, thanks xx
