iPhone 7 and 7 plus Problems when refurbishing

Hi guys

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. When furbishing I test the screen before glass separation, after separation, after polarizer removal and after polarizer lamination, all seems well but after a few minutes the screen starts to go crazy. The polarizer I use are meant to be original.

What could be causing the issue?
