Per Apples spec sheet: Logic Pro X it requires MacOS 10.12 or later, as such 10.11.6 El Capitan is not supported in this release.
If you have a cheese grater Mac Pro you'll need to upgrade it so it can run a newer version of MacOS.
In addition make sure you have the supported iOS device as listed here: To use Logic Remote, you need an iPhone 6s, iPad Pro, iPad (5th generation), iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4, or later with iOS 11.
I do believe it requires both Bluetooth and WiFi to work as well so make sure both wireless services are working on your system and you may need a newer AirPort board as well (802.11ac)

Hi Dan,
Thanks for the quick response and solutions! It seems that I have to invest one more time in a new Mac.
@rockwood for what it's worth, you can upgrade a 2009 Mac Pro to run 10.12 and even 10.13 with almost no effort, it just requires flashing the firmware. Here's the guide: Come Aggiornare il Firmware di un Mac Pro 4.1 del 2009
Thanks @josh for adding the firmware upgrade guide!
@rockwood - Rob I don't think its that dire! I'm sure you can get your systems firmware updated. Getting up to Sierra should be easy. I would stop there for now.
Hello Dan and Josh,
I did update the firmware and now i can get the High Sierra update in the appstore, but now it says: You dont have enough memory to install High Sierra! But i do!
