Why is one of my handles pushed more forward than the other?

My riding lawn mower has two seperate handles, and I pushed a handle forward too much, now one handle is more forward than the other one.

Handles are our of adjustment. While sitting in the seat, look at the base of the handles and see if there are two bolts. You can loosen them and reset the handles. The easiest is to do those while it is running to prevent traveling while is it running.
