A better description of your problem would help a lot. Also are you bypassing the seat safety switch? Have you replaced the blade disengage safety switch lately. Use a multimeter to test continuity of the starter switch.

New battery, Power getting to Solonoid , engin will not crank period. Like the battery was dead. where is seat safety, how do you get to it and the same question for safety switch for blade disengage swithch??? thanks.

when i jumped the battery the engine started and was running. when i pulled the cables off the battery the engine dies
