I believe I have a problem with the voice the person he didn't hear me I tried the speaker I hear him but he doesn't some times ok but i dicied to fix it so which spare part that responsible for it for both the load speaker and the normal one

The flexible printed circuit board that includes your charger port also has the main microphone. This is your likely culprit. To get to this part you will first need to remove the $150 screen without breaking it. The majority of the screws in your phone are hidden under the screen. At that point you may replace the $10 part that has failed.
